Abstract

In the last years the careers and labor paths have been analyzed in a widely heterogeneous way, confusing them often with methodological related concepts. Given this situation, in this article we describe and analyze how the careers and labor paths can be studied. The principal questions are since what theoretical approaches and methodological perspectives can we study the careers and labor paths?; which are the potentials and limits that these boardings possess?; of what way have these been used in Latin America and in Argentina?
